The short version
Fair Share AI gives you an informed estimate of what a sponsorship is worth and drafts a reply you can send. It is a tool, not an agent, not a lawyer and not an accountant. What you agree to with a brand is your decision and your responsibility.
Your account
You need an account to use the app, you must be at least 13, and you are responsible for what happens under your login. Keep your password to yourself. Do not use the app to break the law or to harass anyone.
What the estimates are
Prices, ranges and confidence scores are calculated from the audience figures you enter and from general market rates. They are an informed starting point for a negotiation — not a guarantee, not an appraisal, and not a promise that any brand will pay that amount. Real rates vary with the brand, the timing, the usage rights and a dozen things no model can see. Use your judgement. The same applies to the free calculator on this website.
The drafted replies
Messages the app writes for you are drafts. Read them before you send them. Once you send one, it is your message. We are not a party to any agreement you reach with a brand, and we take no commission on your deals.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are sold through Apple's In-App Purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings — it cannot be cancelled from inside the app, and deleting the app does not cancel it. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policy, not by us. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your data permanently. We may suspend an account that is being used to break these terms or to harm someone.
Liability
The app is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost income, a deal that fell through, or a rate that turned out to be above or below what a brand would pay. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top will change and material changes will be noted in the app.
